This large two bedroom apartment is located on the basement level close to downtown Ypsilanti.  This is our largest two bedroom apartment, featuring an eat in kitchen with a dishwasher.  Rent includes water, trash/recycling, one off street parking space, and access to the shared washer and dryer. Additional parking is available in the area with an Area 5 parking permit from the City of Ypsilanti ($45/year)

Qualified applicants will have 3x the rent in income (students may use a personal guarantor), minimum credit score of 600, and no history of evictions.  

First month's rent and security deposit are due prior to moving in.  The security deposit is $1050, up to two cats or rabbits are permitted with an increased security deposit of $1575.  

12 month lease preferred, shorter terms will be considered.
