This cozy one bedroom apartment is located on the second floor in a triplex close to downtown Ypsilanti.  Amenities include ceiling fans and a small balcony.  Rent includes water, heat, and electricity.   New flooring to be installed in the bedroom and living room prior to move in.  Parking is available on the street, no permit necessary.

Qualified applicants will have 3x the rent in income (students may use a personal guarantor), minimum credit score of 600, and no history of evictions.  

First month's rent and security deposit are due prior to moving in.  The security deposit is $920, up to two cats or rabbits are permitted with an increased security deposit of $1380.  

12 month lease preferred, shorter terms will be considered.
