Apartment Viewings

Video and in person tours of available apartments will be provided upon request.

Applications

Each adult occupant over the age of 18 will be required to submit an application through apartments.com

Security Deposit

The security deposit is equal to one month's rent (1.5 x rent for up to two cats in the apartment)

Tenant Requirements

Income requirement is three times monthly rent (students may have a personal guarantor to meet this requirement)
Applicants must have a credit score above 600 -or- no score if due to lack of use of credit.
Prior eviction will result in rejection for tenancy, no exceptions.
