  This Studio/Efficiency apartment is located on the second floor in the front of the house.  The main living area is approximately 13x16 feet, with plenty of light and a sizable closet.  The private bathroom for this apartment is located across the hall.  

Water, natural gas, and electricity are included in the rent.  Parking is available on the street- no permit needed!  There are no laundry facilities or storage available on site.

We are looking for residents with 3x the rent in income, no eviction history, and minimum credit score of 600 (no credit score due to lack of use is great too).  Students may use a personal guarantor.

The security deposit is one month's rent.  Up to two cats are permitted with a larger security deposit of 1.5x monthly rent.

Rent is based on single occupancy, one additional occupant is permitted for an additional $30/month to cover utility usage.

12 month lease preferred, but lease length is negotiable.
