  This first floor apartment is situated close to EMU and downtown Ypsilanti and features a private entrance and in unit laundry.  Rent includes 2 off street parking spaces, water, and natural gas.

We require 3x the rent in income (students may use a personal guarantor), no eviction history, and a minimum credit score of 600 unless you have 0 credit through lack of use. Each person over 18 who will occupy the apartment must apply.  There is a $29 application fee, and if you apply through apartments.com you can use the same application for any other participating properties for 30 days. 

The security deposit is $1150. We would allow up to two cats in this apartment with a larger security deposit of $1725 total.  Deposit and first month's rent are due prior to move in.
